"Scrapping the Little Things" with My Creative Time

Hello everyone!  It's time for another "Scrapping the Little Things" with My Creative Time.  For those of you who may be new to this, it's when we create Smash Book, Project Life, or any other kind of scrapbook layouts.

And I have something super fun for you today.  I'm starting a new project that I plan to share with you as it develops.  It's an ABC Book!!!  The titles for each layout (the letters and first image) are SVG Files from PPbN Designs.  All of the stamping and other cut embellishments are from My Creative Time.  Also, I have recently become a bit of a Simple Stories addict...shhhhh!  LOL.  I'm just loving ALL of their paper collections.  And they have their own line of super cute Binders & Pocket Pages.  So that is what I will be using for my project. This is a 6 x 8 album.  Here we go:

Isn't it so cute?!?  I just LOVE it!!!  All of the super cute patterned papers are from the Simple Stories ~ I Heart Summer collection.  And all of the solid colored papers are from Recollections.

The Aa and the apple are SVG Files from PPbN Designs that I cut with my Cameo.  I put the capital "A" on pop dots for dimension.  And I added a little faux stitching to the lowercase "a" with a black ~ Zig Writer Pen.  I stamped the "is for" with the MCT ~ Just Simply Live stamp set.  The word "apple" is cut with the MCT ~ Lowercase Fun Dies.  The bow is made with Liz's Paper Loft Boutique ~ Hemp Twine.  In the center is a cute little brad from the embellishment pack that co-ordinates with this paper collection.  The word "anchor" is stamped with the MCT ~ Circle Font stamp set.  And they are stamped onto little circle pieces cut with the small stitched circle die from the MCT ~ Build A Banner Kit.  I used two different sizes of pop dots for dimension.  The anchor sticker is from the sticker add-ons that also co-ordinate with this paper collection.

Don't you just love the papers?  The colors are so vibrant!!

I just love these Simple Stories pocket pages!!!  There are a variety to choose from, so hopefully you will get to see them as we move forward.

The cute piece in the first pocket is a cut-out from this paper collection.  On it, I stamped a bunch of different "A" words with the MCT ~ Just Simply Live stamp set.  I also stamped the airplane and arrow, which are from the MCT ~ You Are Here stamp set.  The piece on the right is cut with the MCT ~ Stitched Journal Die. (fits PERFECTLY!!!)  The frame and label are cut with the dies in the MCT ~ Just Simply Live stamp set.  The arrow is cut with the MCT ~ Stitched Capture Frame & Arrow Dies.  Since I'm making this book for my husband's niece's new little baby, I am going to have one place for them to put a picture of her on each layout. This first one has the date of her birth in "A"pril.   ;)

The first piece here is cut with the MCT ~ Stitched Journal Die.  The super cute little ant is from the Silhouette Online Store that I cut with my Cameo.  The word "ant" is stamped with the MCT ~ Anyday BINGO & Crossword stamp set.  Love those eyes!!!  Don't you?!?  The BINGO card on the right is from a whole 12x12 sheet in the paper collection.  I just picked one that started with "A".  And the heart is cut with the middle heart die in the MCT ~ Stitched Heart Layering Dies.  I adhered it with a pop dot for dimension.

My Creative Time ~ "Thrifty Thursday"

Hello everyone!  It's time for another "Thrifty Thursday" with My Creative Time.  For those of you who may be new to this, it's when we make any project using our scraps.  What a great idea don't ya think?  Who doesn't have a big pile of scraps???   ;)

Today's theme is circles:

This is a fun 6x6 card.  All of these papers are from my scraps.  Woot!  Woot!  

The black piece is cut with the MCT ~ Stitched Doily Die.  Isn't it so pretty?  In the center is a fun little sentiment from the MCT ~ It's All About You stamp set.  I stamped it with Versamark ~ Watermark Ink and embossed it with white ~ Stampendous Embossing Powder.  Around the edges of the doily I added little circles cut with the little stitched circle die in the MCT ~ Build A Banner Kit.  I put them all on pop dots for dimension.

The "happy birthday" is cut with the MCT ~ Lowercase Fun Dies.  The purple ric rac is from my stash.

My Creative Time ~ "3D Wednesday"

Hello everyone!  It's time for another "3D Wednesday" with My Creative Time.  For those of you who may be new to this, it's when we create anything besides a card or layout.

And for an extra little twist, today we are having a "red, white & blue" patriotic theme:

I decided to make some fun little Fourth of July ~ BBQ treats.  If any of you are having parties, these will be a total hit!!   :)

This little treat is made with the MCT ~ Bubblegum Treat Box Die.  The patriotic paper is from my scraps.  I tied the ends with some white ~ tulle.  The label is cut with the smallest label in the MCT ~ Vintage Stitched Label Dies.  The sentiment is from the MCT ~ My Little Firecracker stamp set.  The ink is black ~ Ranger Archival Ink.

This second little treat is made with the MCT ~ Treat Slider Box Die.  This paper is also from my stash.  I tied the box with some red ~ tulle and put a little star gem from my stash in the center.  Then I added another label made with the MCT ~ Vintage Stitched Label Dies.  And the sentiment is once again from the MCT ~ My Little Firecracker stamp set.

Hello everyone!  I'm back today with another fun birthday card to share with you:

This is another fun 6x6 card.  I really like that size, because I think you have more room to create.  You can find envelopes at your local stationery store.  All of the patterned papers (except the orange balloon) are from the Creative Imaginations ~ Make A Wish collection.  The paper for the orange balloon is from the Simple Stories ~ Snap Color Vibe collection.  The black and white cardstock are from Recollections.

The fun balloons are cut with one of the ornament dies in the MCT ~ Warm Holiday Fun stamp/die set. I put them on various sizes of pop dots for dimension.  The white piece is cut with the MCT ~ Stitched XL Label Die. The "Happy Birthday" sentiment is from the MCT ~ Polka Dot Surprise stamp set.  The "90th" is from the MCT ~ Just Simply Live stamp/die set.  And the "Wish Big..." is from the MCT ~ Wow! So Many Candles stamp set.  The inks are Black ~ Ranger Archival Ink and Rhubarb Stalk ~ Memento Ink.  The strings for the balloons are The Twinery ~ Charcoal Twine.

Hello everyone!  Yesterday was my hubby's birthday, so I thought I would share with you the fun little card I made for him:

The black, red and white cardstock are from Recollections.  The fun polka dot patterned paper is from the Bo Bunny ~ Enchanted collection.

The cute little couple and heart are from the MCT ~ We Are Family stamp set.   The "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" & "I LOVE YOU" are from the MCT ~ Chocolate Greetings stamp set.  And the "Husband" is from the MCT ~ Happy Homecoming stamp set.  The inks are Black ~ Ranger Archival Ink and Vermillion ~ Ranger Archival Ink.

Peachy Keen Stamps ~ Sneak Peeks Day 4 : June Release

Hello everyone!  What do you think so far?  Fun! Fun! Fun! Don't you think?  Well, it's time for Day 4 of Sneak Peeks for the Peachy Keen Stamps ~ June Release.

Cute! Cute! Cute!  The black card base is from Recollections.  The fun red patterned paper is from the Recollections ~ With Love collection.  This super fun puzzle is the brand new PKS ~ 3" Puzzle.  Love it!  I put it on pop dots for dimension.

The pretty little heart in the middle is cut with the heart die in the MCT ~ 100% Sweetness stamp set.  If you look at the top of the puzzle, you can see the cute little boy face.  It's from the brand new PKS ~ In The Garden Face Assortment.  In the bottom right corner is the little girl face.  And it's from the brand new PKS ~ Sweet & Innocent Face Assortment.  I added a little chalk for cheeks.  CUTE!  For a little fun, I hand cut the corner piece so that it would match my sentiment.  

The label is cut with the smaller label in the MCT ~ Vintage Stitched Label Dies.  The sentiment I just printed up from my computer.  Fits perfectly don't ya think?

Peachy Keen Stamps ~ Sneak Peeks Day 3 : June Release

Hello everyone!  It's Day 3 of Sneak Peeks for the Peachy Keen Stamps ~ June Stamp Release.  Wahoo!  I hope you have been filled with tons of creative inspiration so far.   :)  Today is my 'official' day to post and I saved my most favorite project out of the whole release:

Hee!  I just love them!!  This is a 6x6 card.  The black card base is from Recollections.  All of the other fun patterned papers are from the We R Memory Keepers ~ Spookyville collection.  And all of the stamped images and sentiments for this card are from the brand new PKS ~ June 2013 : Kit of the Month.

I cut the sun with an old punch in my stash.  I put it on some pop dots for dimension.  The sparkly bubbles are EK Success ~ Sticko stickers.

They are so cute I just love them!  The eyes in this kit are just sooooo much fun!!  I cut these little cuties out by hand.  I used a white ~ Sakura Gelly Roll pen for their eyes.  And added some chalk to their cheeks.  I put the coconut drink on a pop dot for dimension.  

The kraft cardstock for the sand is from Paper Trey Ink.  I inked it up a bit with some Colorbox ~ Chestnut Roan ink.  To make the waviness, I used a Creative Memories cutter.

I used a white ~ Sakura Gelly Roll pen for the eyes and cheek accents on the little star fish.  Cute!!
